Of course, we don’t want to reveal our search techniques and methodologies we employ to find the best candidates (that is our proprietary secret sauce!). However, we can confidently say that we stand apart from the conventional realm of antiquated high-volume corporate staffing agencies who mindlessly outsource staffing and recruiting functions, resorting to inundating the hiring managers’ email inboxes with piles of resumes merely matching superficial “keywords.”
AGreatis engages in distinctive candidate search techniques, which are unique and guarantee success. We value our clients’ hiring managers’ time and are committed to a more refined, hands-on methodology. Rather than burdening them with the arduous task of sifting through an avalanche of resumes and conducting exhaustive phone screenings, we pride ourselves on a proactive and discerning approach that streamlines these time-consuming hiring processes, ensuring a more efficient and qualified candidate selection. Our Recruiters initially present only the top four to five candidates. If none of the initial candidates are hired. In that case, we continue the screening process based on the debriefing from hiring managers of the prior candidate’s interviews, then refine the candidate screening process until the final hire leads to a candidate’s offer acceptance. Most good hire results from the initial four to five candidate interviews.
