Unlike any typical large corporate-managed staffing firm focused on driving revenues by sheer numbers, AGreatis, for over three decades, has built a foundation synonymous with exceptional Quality of Service and unwavering Client Satisfaction. We work within a small, limited number of our client’s industry peer group to avoid recruiting conflicts of Interest that would limit our ability to find suitable candidates from within the client’s base industry verticals. 
Also, by choice, we do NOT work as a Recruitment Process Outsourcing Staffing Model Agency (RPO Staffing Agency) so that we are able to put all our resources into dedicated service to a select group of clientele base, develop an intimate knowledge of their hiring process, work culture and use that to build the right strategy into our staffing process in finding the best pool of candidates they would want to hire from. This strategy results in the best candidate pools and higher client satisfaction, thereby earning us their trust to be their top staffing agency.
What — We Do?
Staffing is ALL we do! We get paid when we find the “Best Hire”! That’s right!
There are several options to engage the Profession Staffing Services we offer:
  • Employee Staffing Services — Engage us to find and hire highly skilled professionals at any experience level precisely when immediate hiring needs arise. This engagement allows to use our services as “pay as you go.” There is a fixed fee per hire. (Typically, a percentage of the first year’s base salary is offered to the hired candidate.)
  • Contingent or Supplemental Staffing Services — To Quickly hire an expert-level skilled independent contractor(s) for a specific project-based assignment(s) for a fixed duration as and when needed. This engagement is suitable when there is limited use of specific skills (Programming skills, Technology Consultant, Subject Matter experts, etc. .). Typically, these contractor services are billed as hourly rate (market rate) for the contract duration.
  • Retained Employee Staffing Services — This is agency-exclusive staffing services engaged for a minimum ninety-day period or till hiring is completed, whichever is earlier, to find highly experienced and specialty-skilled professional(s) or to strategically fill Specific Management roles (s) within the organization. This service is guaranteed exclusively for one year after the hire. There is an upfront fixed retainer fee and a placement fee after the hire is completed.
  • Retained Executive Staffing Services — To discreetly and strategically locate and attract the best C and D-level executives. This service is guaranteed exclusively for one year after the hire. There is an upfront fixed retainer fee and a placement fee after the hire is completed.

How To… Engage “Us”

We are selective of how we engage with any prospective new clients. During our initial introductory meeting, our Account Executives shall disclose, if there is any competing conflict of interest with any of our other existing clients within their Industry. If there is, we will let you know, and we shall make appropriate disclosures and adjustments if necessary.
